Currently, he serves as the Director and Founder of the Medical Research Treatment Protocol Center: SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19, demonstrating exceptional leadership and innovation during the pandemic. He has also held teaching positions at the prestigious Instituto Politécnico Nacional in Mexico City, Mexico, and is a past research member of the Neurorestoratology Association in Beijing, China.

Founder of VidaSol Health

Morales established VidaSol Health in San José del Cabo, Mexico, a facility dedicated to pioneering regenerative therapies that repair and rejuvenate damaged tissues. By utilizing cutting-edge techniques in cell therapy and tissue bioengineering, VidaSol Health is focused on enhancing the health and quality of life of its patients.


He is also a co-founder of Caro Health toothpaste, which uniquely blends organic coconut oil, peppermint oil, rosemary oil, and raw honey with modern innovations such as Methylene Blue and nano-hydroxyapatite.

Pioneering Research

His extensive research across various domains has significantly contributed to medical knowledge and innovation. He served as Director, professor of scientific research, and Lead Investigator at IOM Dental University, where he focused on mercury heavy metal toxicity using Dimercaptosuccinic acid (DMSA) and 2,3-dimercaptopropanesulfonic acid (DMPS).


Moreover, he was Chief Medical Officer and Research Director at Advanced Light Devices LLC, leading the development of advanced medical technologies. As the Director of Medical Research and Development at NanoMedTek LLC, he pushed the boundaries of nanomedicine. Notably, he led a pioneering HIV/AIDS research campaign using photodynamic therapy in 2001, for which he received a Letter of Gratitude from the High Commissioner of Tanzania.

He is a member of the International Photodynamic Association, a Board Member of the SMILE Foundation Mexico, and Vice President of the International Oxidative Medical Association. His postgraduate studies were in Family Medicine and Obstetrics/Gynecology at Texas Tech Health Science Center.
